Refund Policy for Scholars

This Refund Policy defines the terms under which Doctorate (Ph.D., DBA, MBA, BBA & Honorary) scholars of the IIBM Institute of Business Management  may be eligible for a refund. All refunds are subject to the conditions below and applicable administrative deductions.

 

Administrative Charges

  • A non-refundable administrative fee of USD 500 applies to all approved refunds.
  • This fee covers admission processing, documentation, academic coordination, system access, and administrative services.

Refund Eligibility

Time from Enrollment Date                       Refund Applicable

Within 7 days                                             100% of fees paid, minus USD 500 administrative charges

8 to 15 days                                               75% of fees paid, minus USD 500 administrative charges

16 to 30 days                                             50% of fees paid, minus USD 500 administrative charges

After 30 days                                             No refund applicable

Terms & Conditions

  • The Enrollment Date is the date on which admission is officially confirmed by IIBM.
  • Refund requests must be submitted through official IIBM communication channels only.
  • The USD 500 administrative fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are calculated after deduction of the administrative fee.
  • Any bank charges, transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or intermediary deductions shall be borne by the scholar.
  • Refunds will be processed as per IIBM’s standard financial timelines.
  • No refunds shall be granted once resources, supervisor allocation, or research services have been substantially accessed beyond the stated timelines.
  • IIBM reserves the right to modify this policy at its discretion without prior notice.
