Welcome to IIBM Institute. By enrolling in our online MBA, BBA, and DBA programs, which are offered in partnership with recognized universities, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any enrollment decisions.

  1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the IIBM Institute website and enrolling in any course offered by IIBM Institute, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, along with any additional guidelines, policies, or future updates issued by IIBM Institute.
  2. Enrollment and Eligibility
    • To enroll in the MBA, BBA, or DBA programs offered by IIBM Institute in collaboration with partner universities, you must meet the stated eligibility criteria, which may include prior educational qualifications, work experience, or language proficiency.
    • You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. Any misrepresentation of information may result in termination of your enrollment.
    • Enrollment is subject to acceptance by IIBM Institute, and we reserve the right to refuse enrollment without specifying reasons.
  3. Program Fees and Payment
    • All fees for our MBA, BBA, and DBA programs are clearly stated on the website. These fees may include tuition, materials, administrative costs, and other related expenses.
    • Full payment or installment arrangements must be completed before commencing the program.
    • If you choose a payment plan, timely payment of installments is required. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension or termination of access to the program.
    • All payments are non-refundable, except as explicitly provided in our Refund Policy (see Section 6).
  4. Intellectual Property
    • The content, materials, videos, assessments, and all other intellectual property provided in our programs are the sole property of IIBM Institute and our partner universities.
    • You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent from IIBM Institute or the respective partner universities.
    • Access to course materials is granted solely for personal use and learning purposes. Sharing your login details or course materials with others is prohibited.
  5. Program Structure and Changes
    • IIBM Institute and our partner universities reserve the right to change the structure, content, duration, or instructors of the programs without prior notice.
    • We strive to ensure that the program curriculum remains up-to-date and relevant. However, any changes will be made at our discretion, and no refunds will be provided for such changes.
  6. Refund Policy
    • Refunds are granted only if you cancel your enrollment within 30 days of payment, as per our Refund Policy.
    • No refunds will be provided for failure to complete the program, failure to meet academic or professional requirements, or non-recognition of the degree in your region or profession.
    • Exceptional refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and IIBM Institute retains full discretion over the decision.
  7. Student Conduct
    • By enrolling in our programs, you agree to uphold high standards of academic integrity and professionalism. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or misconduct will result in immediate expulsion from the program without refund.
    • Students must maintain respectful communication with faculty, staff, and peers. Any abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of enrollment.
    • Unauthorized access to the systems or engaging in harmful activities like hacking will lead to immediate legal action.
  8. Certification and Degrees
    • Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive a certificate or degree from IIBM Institute’s partner universities.
    • Our degrees are private qualifications and may not be recognized by governmental authorities in some countries. It is the student’s responsibility to verify the recognition status before enrolling.
    • Degrees are awarded only upon meeting all academic requirements, including passing exams, completing assignments, and fulfilling financial obligations.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    • IIBM Institute is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, career advancement, or earnings.
    • The programs are provided “as is” and without warranties, either expressed or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
  10. Use of Website and Services
  • Your use of the IIBM Institute website is subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, store, and protect personal data.
  • We are not responsible for any third-party websites or services linked to or from our website.
  • Unauthorized use of our website, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, or attempting to breach its security, will lead to immediate action and legal consequences.
  1. Termination of Enrollment
  • IIBM Institute reserves the right to terminate or suspend your enrollment at any time for breaches of these Terms and Conditions or other policies.
  • In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to any refunds for fees paid or credits toward completion of the program.

  • IIBM Institute reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check for updates regularly.
  • Continued use of our website or participation in our programs after modifications constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be settled in the courts of India.

By enrolling in any program at IIBM Institute, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Currently, she serves as a Global Manager of Coaching & Mentoring at Philip Morris International, where she leads innovative coaching strategies and mentorship programs that drive both personal and organizational success. Her expertise lies in talent management, inclusion and diversity, and strategic communication, making her a valuable asset to the field of Human Resource Management.

Michelle is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University Cote d’Azur and will graduate in December 2024. She holds a Master of Science in Corporate Communication from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology with a minor in Gender Studies from Oregon State University. Her academic background is complemented by certifications in human resources and adult education, enhancing her capability to lead and inspire in various organizational settings.

Her research focuses on mentoring and its impact on strengthening organizational culture. Through her work, she explores how mentoring can be a powerful tool for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

In her professional journey, Michelle has been instrumental in driving global leadership initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and inclusion. Her commitment to promoting diversity and her ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships have earned her recognition as a thought leader in her field. She is fluent in both English and French and is known for her strong communication skills and her ability to connect with diverse audiences across the globe.

As a professor in human resource management, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience, making her a dynamic educator who is passionate about developing the next generation of HR leaders. Her teaching is deeply informed by her extensive experience in the corporate world, providing students with valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities in today’s global workforce.

Professor Joshua Olusegun Okeniyi

various leadership roles, including Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department. He has also served as a Senior Research Associate, and an Adjunct/Extraordinarius Professor at universities within his country and beyond.

Prof Okeniyi holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Covenant University, has completed postdoctoral fellowships at the University of Johannesburg and Tshwane University of Technology in South Africa, and is an alumnus of The World Academy of Science (TWAS) Postdoctoral Research Fellowship, in conjunction with grants from the National Research Foundation (NRF) of South Africa. His academic journey is marked by numerous research publications, successful supervision of both master’s and Ph.D. students, and notable achievements, including guiding students to top performances in institutional, regional, and national competitions. His research interests and expertise spans materials, production and energy design systems for sustainable environment.

Throughout his career, Prof Okeniyi has made significant contributions to the field of engineering, both in Nigeria and internationally, and continues to play an influential role in academia and research.

Dr. Nageswara Rao

A Senior IEEE Member with 13 years of teaching and research experience, holds a Ph.D. from VIT University and a Postgraduate Diploma in AI & ML from NIT Warangal. Currently, he is an Associate Professor and Head of Innovations & Entrepreneurship at CMRIT, Bengaluru. He has authored 30 research papers, holds 23 patents (8 granted), and received multiple awards including the Raman Research Award & IEEE’s R10 Ethics Champion.
